Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the USA.

How much does shipping cost?

A flat fee of $7 is applied to non-subscription orders with two or less 12-oz
bags of coffee and all merchandise items. Orders of three or more 12-oz
bags and all 5-lb bags ship for free.

When should I expect my order to ship?

Within 72 hours.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

Our retail orders ship via USPS. Single bag purchases will ship USPS First
Class and should arrive within 2-8 days (in our experience it’s been closer
to 2 than 8). Purchases of two bags or more will ship USPS Priority and
should arrive within 2-3 days.

Grinder Type

Burr grinders are generally considered superior to blade grinders because they produce a more consistent and accurate grind size, which can enhance the taste of your coffee and lead to better flavor.

Grinder Settings

Extra Fine – Best for Turkish / Ibrik

  • Feels powdery & light, looks like powdered sugar.

Fine – Best for Espresso / Moka Pot

  • Feels soft and sticks when pressed, looks like milled salt.

Medium Fine – Best for Aeropress / Syphon

  • Feels gritty, looks like silica beach sand.

Medium – Best for Pour Over / V60 / Kalita

  • Feels crumbly, looks like peat moss.

Medium Course – Best for Chemex

  • Feels and looks like rough / rock sand.

Coarse – Best for French Press

  • Feels like clay particle, looks like flaky sea salt.

Extra Course – Best for Cold Brew

  • Feels like broken shells, looks like ground pepper corns.

Water

Filtered water makes the difference!
